Confession

I'll admit it... I went and saw New Moon on opening day... at 11am... alone. I'm not ashamed - It was absolutely worth it and I knew I would have anxiety over resisting reading the reviews or overhearing people's opinions. I powered through the book more than a year ago in a mere 36 hours so I was holding the movie to pretty high standards and was almost preparing myself for disappointment since Twilight didn't REALLY do the book justice. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Kristen Stewart looked much prettier in this one, which made me feel less jealous about her romance with Robby boy... and her acting was much improved since the last film, even though the strange scream-squeal that she does will forever annoy me. I was worried the one-dimensional Kristen from Twilight wasn't going to be able to get that depressed/lifeless emotion across, but she pretty much nailed it and I did cry like I did when I was reading the book. (Insert pathetic, girl sigh here)

I haven't talked to you in a while so let me give ya a little update:

Last weekend we watched Brett play a show with his band It's a Firefight at Mohawk Place that was awesome. He's a certified rockstar and told me that he takes cues from his idol Michael Bolton. (Here he's wearing The Mayer v-neck)

Our sweatpants are here and I hate to brag but they are unbelievable - so soft and comfy.. and they're oversized so you can even feel like you stole them from the boyfriend that you may or may not have...... I couldn't wait to go home last night and get into them - I really believe that they enhanced my sleeping experience. So, if you know what's good for you, you'll come in and check those out :)
